I have found absolutely no problems with the service that I have recieved from my-webspace.com. The support it very quick, and easy to understand but also there is always someone there to help.
The costs of hosting with this company are very compettitive and worth it, also the ordering and payment system is easy to understand, and is very secure about my personal details.

I have been with my-webspace for over a year, and if you its reliable hosting you need from a company that offer great service and that little bit extra, this is the place for you.
Its possible to find cheaper hosts and I have tried them but none offer the level and quality of service and support provided here. Before signing on again this year I emailed three other hosts to get a comparison (and to shut up the accountant) I am still waiting for the replies. !!

HAVS is a voluntary organisation running a number of database-driven health and community information websites, hosted at hillingdoncharities.com by my-webspace.com.
We needed an ASP provider and the service from my-webspace has been very reliable. They respond quickly and helpfully to requests for assistance.
The Livestats option is essential for us. I get detailed stats on visitors (pages looked at, time spent, referring URL, browser used etc) emailed to me daily, weekly and monthly. I can judge which sections of our site are most popular and which need to be improved by analysing the stats carefully.

We run a large and lively interactive, recreational gardening site. We moved to My-Webspace in October 2000. We need and use all the "bells and whistles" that servers running ASP can provide.
